Currently my work computer is completely out of comission. It was scheduled to have the stupid Win2K reinstalled today because it generally has gremlins and mostly sucks. The tech guy showed up after I harrassed him for two days. I put the work order in for this going on a month ago. My life is so a Dilbert strip somedays. Anyhoo, something went wrong with the ghost image they use and the tech has to fix that before he can fix my machine, which might be tomorrow, if I’m lucky. And I’m probably not, so we’ll see. One of the graphic designers is gone so I’m tooling around the ‘net on his nice G4 Macintosh, but it doesn’t boot into OS X. I shouldn’t complain. At least I can still get online. And now that I’ve caught up on all my journal reading here at work, I guess I’ll clean my cube and then cease to be productive for the rest of the day.
