This weekend I finished the decorating of my bedroom. That’s pretty much all I got done, but I’m very very pleased that it is now finished.

Diane came over to see it (it used to be her room when we lived together and let me borrow her digital camera to take these pictures) and I made her close her eyes and did the whole “Trading Spaces” style reveal and it was PRICELESS! It was just like on the show; her eyes bugged out and she squealed and did the OMG thing!! So fun!

… is exactly the opposite of what I want. I want a hip red hat. Something that is sassy and funky and fun. A colorful accessory to go with all my black clothing.

And I want to paint stuff. I’m going to try and finish my trading spaces-esque bedroom revamp this weekend.

And see The Matrix Reloaded again. And maybe X-Men 2 again. And maybe Bend it Like Beckham, A Mighty Wind, Down With Love, or Identity for the first time. Three days allows for a lot of matinees.

And rip my cd collection to mp3. Satisfy that anal-retentive urge.

Ah the possiblities of a three-day weekend. What about your plans?

I am so freaking wordy. I can’t post anything short. I’ve been working on an entry off and on since yesterday and its still not done.

I need to have shorter thoughts.
