Reason #27 why I didn’t emotionally invest in Iowa Basketball this year
University of Iowa men’s basketball Coach Steve Alford has permanently dismissed star player Pierre Pierce from the team, the athletic department announced this afternoon.
an email from a co-worker:
Subject: In case you’re wondering how the rest of the season might go….
this sentence pretty much sums it up.
“The Hawkeyes will start either Mike Henderson (3.3 ppg) or Carlton Reed (3.3 ppg) in Pierce’s (17.8 ppg) place against Michigan State on Saturday.”
Time to start spending more time on Fire Steve Alford.com.
