I’m watching the Live8 coverage on tv today and its a really important cause and I’ll comment on it more later, but at the moment The Who are performing live from London and I just can’t help but be amused that they are performing both the songs that have been used by CSI:Original Flavor and CSI:Miami as their theme songs. I don’t know why that amuses me, but it does.

So I was watching VH1’s Best Week Ever and the joke they had was that the concerts weren’t actually raising money but rather “awareness” and how the awareness is far more valuable to the starving Africans than money that could buy food. I don’t know if that is true or not, but it is rather sad if it is since even $1 a head at the concerts could raise a hella lot of money.
