As I enter into my second week of effort to shed some pounds, I have made a truthful update to my little countdown ticker that I gained 2 pounds this past week. *sigh*
Confession time: I gave in and had a Pepsi on Saturday. I only made it to the gym twice and I only did cardio. I ate like crap on Saturday and Sunday.
I deserved to gain weight.
Today is a new day. I will make it to the gym 3 times this week and I will be very aware of what or how I eat when I’m at home.
