Make it stop, I hate it.
I have a sharp pain in the middle of myself. I’ve had it once or twice in the last few months and when I describe it to co-workers they tell me I have gas or I have heartburn, but I never have had anything offensive to eat that would seemingly cause that. All I’ve had to eat so far this morning is a bowl of Cheerios, a glass of orange juice, a handful of cashews, and a lot of water. The pain is basically from below my sternum, at my bra strap, to about two inches below. It doesn’t feel like a digestive problem, it doesn’t feel that internal. Whatever it is, it hurts a lot and I don’t like it. I have a doctor’s appointment next month, so I guess I’ll add it to the list of things to have her check out on me. But for the moment, I’m not sure what to do about it.
Seriously OJ and nuts are main offenders for heartburn. Like I told you on the other place, try some milk (or soy milk) and see if that helps make it go away, if it does? than it was heartburn. Even if it is something that you have all the time, if you are stressed the acids and what not will help cause the heartburn. Trust me, I know ALL about heartburn issues. The next time you have the same food? It probably wont’ bug you, but you probably won’t be stressed either.
Yeah, OJ could be the culprit. I refuse to give it up! Most of the time it doesn’t bother me, but sometimes, for whatever reason, I know it to be the cause of my infrequent heartburn.
OJ is very acidic – it can cause terrible GERD. Have toast with it, to absorb some of the acid. Stress can also cause the pain – I’ve had it many times! Deep breaths and Tums help

I haven’t had OJ in almost two years. It’ll send me right back to bed doubled over if I take a chance. Everyone has different triggers. Before i got it under control water could cause my heartburn. It’s a weird weird thing. Feel better!
